In order to train qualified human resources needed by higher education institutions and other public institutions and organizations, students are sent abroad for postgraduate education with the scholarship provided by our Ministry under the Law No. 1416 on Students to be Sent to Foreign Countries (YLSY Scholarship Program).
In this context, within the scope of the 2024 YLSY Scholarship Program, 668 students will be sent abroad for master`s and/or doctoral education in an official scholarship status.
Candidates who will apply to pursue postgraduate education abroad must complete their application procedures between December 23-31, 2024, through the website of our Ministry at https://rebus.meb.gov.tr/ (REBUS - Official Scholarship Student System) by using their Republic of Turkey ID number, identity serial number, and the Republic of Turkey ID number of a close relative (spouse, child, mother, or father). The application screen will be available to candidates via REBUS on December 23, 2024. Applications will close on December 31, 2024, at 5:00 PM.
Candidates who will apply must carefully review the 2024 YLSY Application and Preference Guide and the Preference Table included in the announcement to obtain detailed information about the 2024 YLSY process and quotas. Candidates must pursue education at the level specified in the "Level of Education to be Completed" section of the 2024 YLSY Preference Table. It is important for candidates to apply accordingly.
