To promote the YLSY scholarship program—offered by the Ministry of National Education within the scope of international graduate education opportunities—and to provide academic, administrative, and advisory support to students who have earned the right to pursue master’s and doctoral studies abroad on behalf of Çankırı Karatekin University. The mission also includes facilitating the administrative processes students encounter during their education and efficiently managing their return and appointment procedures upon completion of their studies.

In line with this mission, the YLSY Scholarship Coordination Office functions as a dynamic and solution-oriented unit that supports the internationalization vision of our university, contributes to the cultivation of qualified human resources, and serves as a bridge between students, the Ministry of National Education, and the university.
