2025 1416 Scholarships Application and Preference Guide
Within the scope of Law No. 1416 on Students to Be Sent Abroad, scholarship students are sent abroad at the graduate level in return for compulsory service in order to meet the qualified human resource needs of higher education institutions and public institutions and organizations. Accordingly, 811 students will be sent abroad in 2025 by our Ministry with official scholarship status.
Candidates will submit their applications between 19–30 December 2025 via the Ministry’s Official Scholarship Student System (REBUS) (https://rebus.meb.gov.tr). The REBUS application system will open on 19 December 2025, and applications will close on 30 December 2025 at 17:00.
